What is the use?

1The realization of a complex system like the automatization of a production implies the integration of multiple task such as analysis ad study of layout , the modeling and design of mechanical equipment requied for welding and handling the elements ,the detection in static and dynamic collisions,ergonomic studies, compliance of field of safety, the creation and validation of sequences of operations with the aid of robots.

The simulation process through systems CAPE (Computer Aided Process Engineering) ,It is the only tool that allows to integrate all these analyzes enabling the end user to assess in advance the impact of the construction on site.

Issues such as the wrong geometry of tools, incorrect positioning of the tools, failure to comply with the time cycle expected, workstations that do not meet the correct ergonomics or safety regulations if not analyzed in advance would involve major cost increases and not always. ​They could be solved in the course of work on the construction site.

The Simulation Process
